DIY Limoncello – Nonna Style

Do your own Limoncello. All you need: • 8 organic lemons (only the zest!) • 1 bottle of clear alcohol (95%) • 500g sugar • 500ml water Infuse lemon zest in alcohol for 7 days. Add sugar syrup. Strain. Chill. Sip slowly with friends.
